    On Saturday, November 19, 2016, the Third Seminar on Children's Literature and Reading was held, organized by the Quatrogatos Foundation and the Miami Book Fair. With the central motto A world of readers, readers for the world, the event had the following agenda:
    • Where is the literature in Spanish for children and young people ?, with the publishers and specialists Paloma Jover (Spain) and Fanuel Hanán Dí­az (Venezuela). Coordinator: Antonio Orlando Rodrí­guez (Cuba-United States).
    • Panel A world of readers, readers for the world, with authors Marí­a Baranda (Mexico), Cristina Rebull (Cuba-United States) and Jorge Galán (El Salvador). Coordinator: Sergio Andricaí­n.
    • Panel What do we talk about when we talk about youth literature?, with authors Miren Agur Meabe (Spain), Afonso Cruz (Portugal) and Alejandro Palomas (Spain). Coordinator: Fanuel Hanán Dí­az (Venezuela).
    • Talk Literature for children and young people: Notes on humor, music and childhood, by the writer and singer-songwriter Luis Marí­a Pescetti (Argentina).
